We asked Holly Throsby, the talented Australian born singer/songwriter, to come up with a t-shirt design for YBP, and she came back with three! We love them all so much that we can’t decide which one to use. So, we’ve decided it’s only fair to let you choose! Check the poll on the top right hand side of this page!

The poll will be running untill February 1st at which time we will announce the winning design in the news section.

On December 7th, a benefit concert was held at the Metropolis in Montreal to raise money and spread the message against violence. The organizers approached us and asked if we could help them spread the message, and help raise money for the cause. So, we came up with an original YBP t-shirt to sell exclusively at the concert. The profits were divided between the Kids Help Line, and the Anastasia De Sousa Memorial Fund. We also got the chance to meet the Stills and talk to them about YBP… (hint hint)

A few of our dearest Yellow Bird Project contributors, including Amy Millan (Stars), Shara Worden (My Brightest Diamond), Jenny Lewis (Rilo Kiley), and Josh Hassin (our graphics expert), have been nominated in various categories for the very cool and very prestigious PLUG music awards.
