Clap Your Hands Say Yeah self-titled debut album, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah!, was released in the U.S. in late 2005 and in early 2006 in the U.K. The album was produced and mixed by Adam Lasus, a prominent Indie record producer. Clap Your Hands Say Yeah received critical acclaim from various influential MP3 blogs, and notably from Pitchfork Media. Pitchfork Media, a significant and leading music website, rated the album a very encouraging “9.0/10.0.” Check out these two awesome You Tube videos, from the band that started out by mailing copies of the albums from their apartment.
