Many people don’t know that John Frusciante (of the Red Hot Chili Peppers) is also an amazing solo artist. In fact, he has a whole catalogue of original solo work, including a stint where he managed to record 6 albums in 6 months. I haven’t had a chance to see him live yet (he doesn’t tour much on his own) but at some of his live shows he has been known to perform the occasional cover.
