ABOUT THE TEE

This limited edition T-shirt has been made available to raise funds for Brainwave, of which Olly Murs is a patron.

Designed in collaboration with ‘Studio Moross,’ it’s inspired by Olly’s training for the Great North Run which he embarks on soon alongside his sister Fay. 

The tees will be available until 11th September and shipped out after this date. Orders may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive depending on country and local postal service.

Also, 50 lucky winners will be picked at random from all orders to have an item personally autographed by Olly.

The slogan ‘Get Up And Get Going’ seemed very appropriate as it’s my motivation for getting up every week and training. I feel passionately about fitness, and hope that anyone that buys the T-shirt will feel inspired to keep active themselves too. ABOUT BRAINWAVE

Brainwave, is a small charity with a centre very close to Olly’s family home in Witham, Essex. With three centers now around the UK, Brainwave helps children with disabilities and additional needs to achieve greater independence. The children they help have a range of disabilities including autism, cerebral palsy and genetic conditions such as Down’s syndrome. They have specialist therapists, who work with the children and their families to devise a personalized program to help unlock each child’s potential. Olly has worked closely with Brainwave over the last 8 years, helping to raise the profile of this small charity, and has seen the benefits first hand.

Please note that as selected products may only avaiable for a limited time, exchanges on these are not possible and a refund will only be provided if the product is faulty.

The shipping times for standard orders are:
  • UK orders - 5-7 working days from shipment date.
  • International Orders - 4-6 weeks from shipment date.
Please note we can only track an order, if tracked shipped was selected at checkout, we can not provide tracking information with standard shipping nor can we provide individual order updates. If you have any other questions, issues or comments outside of this, please bare with us and we will get back to you.

Everyone who purchases an item from the selected collection will go into the draw to win one of 50 signed tees. These will be packaged with randomly selected orders when the products started shipping.

What forms of payment do you accept?
You have two options. You can either pay directly on our site with your Visa or Mastercard or you can checkout using your Paypal account, in which case you can use any payment method offered by Paypal.

Do you accept International orders?
Of course we do! In fact, international orders make up a substantial portion of our business. YBP’ers come from all around the globe. Please see more information below. 

Where are your products shipped from?
All our merchandise is shipped from our warehouse in the UK. T-Shirt & Sons, 11 Washington Rd, Westbury BA13 4JP.

Why has no one responded to my customer service email?
We strive to reply to your emails within 48 hours, however, during our busiest times it may take up to 3 business days to respond. We appreciate your understanding and patience

What are some advantages to setting up a YBP account?
To speed up future transactions, your billing and shipping information will be saved. You can log in and track your past, pending and shipped orders. You can upload personal pictures of your YBP tees, and even display some personal information (such as your website, etc) to other members of the YBP community.

Do I need an account to place an order?
Nawwww! Simply click guest checkout at the start of the checkout process and voila, a quick and simple checkout process. 

Shipping

Shipping prices and timings vary by country - all relevant information can be found at checkout. However, we can't not accept responsibility for packages once they are shipped, any damage or loss plus any fee or any customs checks that may take place. As postage services vary by territory we recommend tracked shipping for international orders. This is the only way we can track orders. We provide international tracked shipping at cost price for this reason.  

We will send you an order confirmation email automatically after an order is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched by us we will send an email confirming this. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If you need to get in touch at any point please email us on info@yellowbirdproject.com.

Returns

We want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or credit. All returns must be made within 28 days of receiving your items. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 28 day period.

Please note, we print all tees to order so for this reason, unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds.

If you would like to exchange an item please email info@yellowbirdproject.com and await instructions.

Please note, the safest way to do an exchange, is to go ahead and order the new size/style you want on the website. Then, as soon as we receive your original product, we will refund your original purchase. This avoids the scenario of your product running out of stock while your exchange is mailed in. 

If you received an item which was defective or wrong, then we will reimburse you for the return shipping. Please include the shipping receipt and send it back to us. With the receipt included, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us via regular mail. Unfortunately, we will not reimburse for express shipping, so be sure to send it back via regular mail. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Items that were purchased at a discount, on sale, or with a coupon-code are eligible for exchanges only.
