About The Band
Talk about an immaculate combination! The New Pornographers " an indie rock super group, consisting of lead singer Carl Newman, Neko Case, Dan Bejar, and others " combined with the talents of the Immaculate Machine trio: Kathryn Calder, Brooke Gallupe, and Luke Kozlowski. Two Canadian indie bands, one fantastic t-shirt design. This t-shirt was designed and spearheaded by Kathryn Calder, vocalist/keyboardist from both bands, and also the niece of Carl Newman.
About The Cause
ALS (also known as Lou Gehrig's disease) is a devastating neurodegenerative disease, which causes degeneration of the upper and lower motor neurons in the brain and spinal cord, resulting in progressive paralysis due to degeneration of the upper and lower motor neurons in the brain and spinal cord. Eighty per cent of people with ALS die within two to five years of diagnosis, with the inability to breathe or swallow.
